  • Soy-Burgers Cut Fat In Schools (applesforhealth)
      Young diners in school cafeterias across the United States could soon be eating more soy protein and less meat. That's because the Agriculture Department says it's eliminating a rule that limits the amount of vegetable protein allowed in federally subsidized school meals. 04-14-00.
